Our Law Firm, founded originally by the late Don Manuel Marín Torres, in 1.969, was born closely with international vocation when working with its asscociate Dr. Wolfgang Bayer, defending , as actually it is continuing to do, individual interests, national and foreign, essentially of German origin, as well as of companies , which required specialized services in transnational matters and international private law, innovative for the time and which have been continued maintaining to date.
The scope of the activities is mainly confined to the Autonomous Community of Andalusia with its capital Seville.
Nevertheless the professional activites of the Firm extend to the whole southern Spain (including Extremadura and the Canary Islands).
At the moment the office, integrated by Manuel Marín, together with Jaime Morales, and Dolores Blanco Morales-Limones, collaborates actively with the signature of Lawyers Dr. Wolfgang Bayer & Partner , with residence in Stuttgart (Germany) , and takes care essentially of all the necessities that any client can have as much within the legal sphere in Penal ,Civil and, Administrative Law , whithin the latter mainly the branch of Urbanism, and also Labor, Fiscal providing the individual and the enterprise the possibility to be assisted wherever they go with the maximun effectiveness, and confidence.
